Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
